Molly Ringwald in Pretty In Pink
I have a lovely youthful memory of sitting with my elderly next door neighbours’ daughter when she was visiting with her baby & her telling me that the baby looked Pretty In Pink in her new dress & then adding that she & her husband had just seen the movie & loved it. I was 7 when the movie came out & didn’t end up watching it until I was a teenager, but I remember thinking that a movie with such a delightful title must be wonderful.
